Game has become unplayable / Loading screens freeze

Hello,

 

So for the past 2 days, I have not been able to play the game.

 

I cannot load my save at all, the loading screen is stuck on "Creating Vessel". However, the game loads after several minutes but any of my vessels / rockets / satellites have 0 dV. Even when I create a new one, the dV is not registered or recognized by the game.

I tried starting new save, which loads fine, but the game then freezes on the loading screen whenever I try to launch a rocket, going to the launch pad.

I have mods but I also tried to launch my saves without any mods installed but it didn't work either.

Did you update SpaceWarp to 1.8? And if so, did you follow the instructions about deleting some of the folders in plugins and patchers? From GitHub/SpaceDock:

• When installing this update manually, you will first need to delete the existing KSP2/BepInEx/patchers/SpaceWarp, KSP2/BepInEx/plugins/SpaceWarp and KSP2/BepInEx/plugins/ConfigurationManager folders.

I did update Spacewarp but definitely did not delete the old files. I didn't see these instructions. I will try that and keep you posted.

I only wish I had seen this before I assumed it was corrupt save game files and removed my full tech tree save :-(
