Localization & Text Vall's "Highlands" and "Lowlands" science descriptions appear to be swapped

Description:

When taking science from the Lowlands biome on the Jool facing side of Vall, the science description appears to describe the non Jool facing side of Vall.

The Highlands biome on the non Jool facing side of Vall appears to have descriptions of the Jool facing side, but I forgot to take a screenshot of this side.
