This makes obviously no sense. I'm in the Duna transporter targeting Valentina on the other side of the moon and I get this weird encounter readings who is obvious nonsense. Note we are rotating in the same direction. 
Around 4 degree plane difference.

Raised Ap enough to get an normal intercept, its not like I'm short of dV but if I was these stuff would be hyper annoying more so if an novice player
