Is there anything we can help you with, don't think any question is too stupid (uless it breaks the rules) because it won't be.

I will suggest the How To section for many tutorials on how to do everything from orbiting to interplanetary transfers.

Also, I recommend you buy the full game if you haven't already, as it is a great pass time.
