Null reference exception with a part I made.

I'm making a solar panel part. It won't load into the game & the log shows this error: 

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
    ModuleDeployablePart.AssumeDragCubePosition 

 

Linked is KSP.log, the .mu file, & the .cfg 

Please help, I can't figure this out.

I think I figured out the NRE; I set the part to no physics significance. Now I need to move the srf attach point to a different point.
