g'day fella's n gals. is it at all possible to collect data from multiple satmapping flights at the same time or do you need to be "controlling" the flight while it works

You need to have focus on the spacecraft, but you can leave it running at 50x warp.

Don't you get lower coverage at high warp speeds? I found the mapsat skipping sections at anything over the 4th speed setting.

Yeah me too. It turns off completely at over 50x. It's probably by design.

my sat works at 50x. If yours isnt working or leaving blank spots could it be not enough juice on the dark side of Kerbin.

as soon as I go beyond the 4th speed setting, it stops capturing map speed, which is pretty painful.

I have a sat going round Kerbin and it has satmap on it, does it change its inclination as it orbits to cover the whole planet or is this something you need to do yourself?

Just do a polar orbit, and you'll get the whole planet.

Yea, but the added info completes an answer. I never thought about using polar orbit for my sat before.
