magnemoe
I wonder if polar orbit or almost polar is an better idea for tourist flights in the future unless you plan to dock. You see more of the world including more northern countries where its more likely your customers is from while still flying over all the rest of the earth. There is no reason a commercial station to dock to couldn’t be in polar orbit, though it could get a bit warm twice a year when orbit normal aligned with the sun and it is in constant daylight for a period

You could further customize the orbit to maximize tourism value, like, say have the Sun side pass happen at mid-morning or -afternoon to make geographic features stand out without creating long deep shadows that would hide other stuff. Of course any chosen orbit has to satisfy all the other million considerations that I don't even know about.

I thought sun synchronous would put them in sunshine all the time, but you are saying that it can be phased differently. Obvious now that you point it out, but it wouldn’t be polar really. Could make a great tourist destination orbit for sure
darthgently
Wow, they are lower than I thought, or lens is very narrow FOV?
totalitor
Saw Fram2 last night. Distance 440 km. Not as bright than Mars but it was cool to see it.
