Just got it to 120km x 12km Orbit, only needed 90 d-V to round it out to at least LKO. The engineers are hard at work and should have a solution shortly.

Fully mechjeb compatible with some minor structural reinforcement. One of the FEW spaceplanes I've found that works well with landing autopilot!
