Ladder placement with M27 Overview Cockpit

G'day Guys. Been playing this game since 2011, only just bought it though. First post here too.

Downloaded and installed the B9 Aeronautics parts. Any suggestions on ladder placement for the M27 Overview Cockpit so that my Kerbils don't ungraciously fall out of the side?

Also, are there any other mods with similarly interesting cockpits out there?

Finally, is this the right place to put this post? Cheers.
