Hopefully that will be SpaceX. They are even being paid by NASA!

Actually, NASA didn't sign the contract with SpaceX, they instead went with Roscosmos, flying with Soyuz until 2017

SpaceX isn't ready do send people into LEO yet, they're planning to do so in 2015.
