Finally

So I was getting my new Mun rover (first one ever), however during attempting the skycrane stage I discovered something:

I left the wheels on the NERVA stage

Not wanting to rebuild it, I decided that I would land hard to destroy the NERVA, then land.

First attempt was SO CLOSE but then it tipped over.

However, each time I landed, It usually either kept on and tilted the rover over, or exploded the fuel tank, or decoupled the capsule, or just destroyed the entire thing.

But then I tried a 2.5 m/s coming down and 2.5 horizontal, and SUCCESS

Now, I'm off for a well earned sleep

Nothing like percussion tuning. Better dream up a good rescue mission it dosnt look like much fuel there or parachutes.

I never do anything like that. Too complex.

I perfer seperate modules.

A little update:

After quicksaving/loading enough times, I finally got 4 DEMV EX to the Mun with a rocket. However, I noticed this capsule- when I looked inside, I saw that it was the SAME as my main base! Spooky thing is, I didn't put anything there, and its just... staying there.

It's a ghost capsule... O.o send Jeb out there, it'll disappear quickly by itself otherwise jebs gunna have fun destroying it XD
