MechJeb ascent autopilot suddenly not working?

Obviously I have mechjeb installed, it's been working fine. Now, for some reason, the ascent autopilot doesn't appear at all then I click the button to make it appear. All the other features of the plugin work, just not the ascent auto pilot.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem is? I have ISA Mapstat plugin installed, took that out, didn't fix anything. Tried different screen resolutions, to see if it was hidden offscreen, no luck there. Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp!
