Any chance of seeing 4m or 5m+ shrouds for oversized payloads? It\'d be nice to have options of 3m -> 4m and 3m -> 6m type fairings for Munlabs and space stations.

yes

seems like overkill but yes

this is needed

Saturn V and sky lab disagree. :)

Skylab was less than seven metres wide, and KSP scale is somewhere between 1/3 and 1/4 real size-you wouldn\'t be launching something 16 or more metres wide in one launch.

Some of us would like to be able to chuck satellite(s) into orbit with solar panels in the 'deployed' position as well as the orbit stage.

And this is a simplistic satellite + payload. Sadly it cannot mount more solar panels. It would like to submit a formal complaint addressing the same problem that Voyager 2 has: It wishes it had more power. I\'m pretty sure if it had a Twitter feed like Voyager 2, it would let you know.1

And this Munlab module (Prototypes) could have further items attached to it.

This 'advanced orbital device delivery system' could have a larger 24x payload instead of the smaller, inferior 3x4 payload too.

It is also a shame I can\'t make a larger space plane for the reentry module. It sure would be nice if I didn\'t have to clip the wings into the PLF. (Similarly, the 'advanced orbital device' has the same problem with its payload.)

@ozark_skies A larger/better RTG!

Perhaps you could make this a Christmas wish come true for future satellites so they do not have to suffer a most miserable death of slow shutdown until they are no longer able to operate their heating elements and freeze over? I am sure many of these payloads would be grateful, given that they survive the perilous journey of not detonating on the pad as well as not disintegrating into an explosive fireball during the ascent phases of launch.

This Skylab-like space station would also be happy if you could give it a 10m fairing.

In version .13 I cannot see your parts in the VAB. I unzipped and installed them exactly like I do all my other addons but they don\'t appear. Anyone else having this issue? IS there a solution?

Did you dump all the parts folders, in the parts folder?

Because all the versions I have work with v.13

I tried replicating this on my version, but I cannot.

High Rez or Low Res?

Is it both Globe V\'s or just one in particular?

Version 13 of KSP?

I don\'t know if it\'s just me, but the LEM descent stage doesn\'t look right in 0.13. The legs become bulky, with the textures distorted and there seems to be a problem with collision detection. Any ideas on what may be wrong?

Before 0.13, you could have multiple collision meshes - after that though, they render as normal bits of the model.

Oh this was the shuttle CardBoardBoxProcessor was talking about in his FailCan thread. Looks really good. :)

How will it be applied in terms of assembly?

SAS nose, pod cockpit, cargo bay, cargo bay doors, RCS tank, fuel tank, engines. And RCS thrusters of course, not decided on how to do those yet. The cargo bay doors will simply decouple from the shuttle and you\'ll re-enter with the bay open, until we\'re able to animate proper doors. Also it\'s worth mentioning this is designed to be launched on top of a rocker rather than strapped to the side of one.

could get more bay room if you moved the dockor to the rear like the dream chaser

I already considered this, it would involve floating through the cargo bay to access it. The Dream Chaser doesn\'t have a cargo bay as such, it\'s just full of seats.
