Looking for a certain VAB addon.

Hey guys. Not sure if this is the place to ask, but I recently saw a similar thread asking about it, which I can't find now. Basically, there's a mod that allows you to take chunks of a design and copy-paste them to another. I don't know the name though, and the SpacePort is awful. Thanks in advance for any help.
