Ok first ik this probably isn't the place to post this but i need help and I'm seriously scared

I was first just stretching when I sudenly felt what almost was like a rip in my neck, then I tilted my head backwards and to the left and I had this were feeling that I can't describe really, and it like just prevented me from doing anything, like all I could think about was that feeling until I managed to tilt my head the other way, and now every time I try to tilt my head that way the same thing happens and even with my head tilted to the right it still does it every minute or so, but i can still move everything else fine, my family doesn't care at all at the moment, and the only help I got was my mom telling me to try putting ice on it which is only making my neck cold at this point, I'm scared I partially broke my neck a little or somrthing, can anyone help me?

I can't even hold it straight, it still does it sometimes even when I'm tilting my head to the right, and it feels like its getting worse :( I'm not going to even think about tilting my head the other way...

I had something similar happen once was a bad sprain or muscle cramp from sleeping on it wrong. The good new is you are not going to die, most likely. The bad news is it will get worse over time. You need to get a hot pack on it asap and keep it there till the muscle works loose.

This exact thing happened to me while I was getting out of bed the other morning.

Get something hot on it. Electric heating pad or whatever you have for that pourpose.. It's going to hurt pretty bad for a while but it'll heal up fairly quick, from personal experiance. You defiantly didn't break it. You'd know if you broke it :P

If the pain gets worse or you think it's bad enough, you should probably get to a hospital and actually have it checked out though.

This happens to me every once and awhile, it's usually caused by fatigue.

Feel around your neck to see if there's any unusual swelling or lumps. If there is THEN i would advise showing your parents and maybe then they would take it seriously.

If it persists tomorrow then i guess i'd get it check out by a Chiropractor, it's cheaper than a Hospital visit.
