Will steam plays get the free dlc as well if they bought ksp before April?

So I bought ksp on steam before April and I'm wondering if I am also entitled to the free dlc as well?

I think it was before MAY, ON or BEFORE the month of April.

Aaand I believe the devs have said that Steam users will be entitled to all the DLC (if and when there is any, remember this) that the other KSP Store people are.

I'm not sure if you're the one to ask' date=' but screw it, i'm asking anyway. I bought KSP a long ways back, and recently transferred it to steam. Will I, and others who did the same, still be able to get in on this?

So given that this was a point of confusion, and that we believe that no matter what, a promise is a promise, we are including Expansions in what you can expect to get for free if you have already bought the game. Also, for those considering purchasing the game, we will maintain this promise for all purchases made until the end of this month (April, 2013).

And would people who bought it on steam from the start be able to accept this offer? (Just curious, have a few friends who bought it off steam from the start))

*sigh* Yes, anyone that has purchased KSP, either in the store or from Steam, before tomorrow gets in on the deal.
