FatNose inv B9 SSTO Cargo System "WildGoose"

This cargo can send in LKO (+rendezvous maneuvers) orbit 25 tons of payload and 4 kerman Bros and fly back home using the spaceplane assistant, the docking clamp is fitted in the back to keep clean the shape of the plane and an easy docking. The design allow an easy displacement of the cargo keeping balanced the bird on the return part of the journey.

WildGoose story

The development way of this plane was trouble paved. Initially designed on the first release 2.o of the B9 aereospace pack (and the HW21 wing) suffered the changes made by the B9 developers. After found a different displacement of the engines and the HW21 on release 2.5 of the B9 Ap a bitter surprise was discovering that the HW21 wings explode after a warp. If I do published this ship is because I spent some time trying to fix this, I found a solution maybe a workaround hoping can unslash the power of this beautiful PACK. Here some pictures of the development steps.

First orbit run, mk5 cockpit:

Crew can't escape because a bug later fixed of the Mk5 cockpit, plane was much lighter but wings need many structs.

Second design:

The FullWings need more weight on the front, so the S2 Reusable Pod + the crew module was chosen, still need some struct because the attachment. The new shape deserved this ship nick name "WildGoose". Stable launches with 25 tons of cargo until R4 (the HW21 start explode after warps)

Final:

New design of the ailerons now displaced on full wing limit, HW21 now are attached on the cargo (not on the external tanks), different an better balanced engines displacement.

p.s.

Remember to change this line from

CoMOffset = -4, 0, 0

to

//CoMOffset = -4, 0, 0

on the HW21 wing part.cfg or your ship will not survive the first warp...
