My First Docking

After 20+ trys and a few hits, i am happy to say i think i learned how to dock

Edited: oh yea, i did it on the dark side of the planet too

it took me about 50+ times to get my first rocket off the ground so its not that bad, i am going to guess i will get better at it as time goes on

Good job. I haven't docked yet, but I've explored Minmus.

Good work, I haven't done any docking yet as planetary exploration has been my thing so far - but some docking should make that easier so I am planning to try soon.

What were the challenges that caused it to take 20 attempts?

rocket Designs, station designs, RCS, and RCS fuel, timing, oh and almost forgot LIGHTS, engines

Lights was one thing people TOLD me to use but i forgot, trust me i learned the hard way, that where the few hits came from

the list goes on and on

Congrats. My first docking was hard fought, and when it finally snapped in I went hand had a shot of whiskey to calm my nerves. Hope yours was somewhat less stressful
