A little help with my spaceship?

This two spacecraft docked in LKO and are ready to transfer to Duna, but I'm not sure if I have enough juice to make it there...

Will this make it all the way to Duna? All tanks are pretty much full.

I would say yes, since it's powered by a LV-N.

but questions like "Will this make it all the way to Duna/Eve/Jool?" are best answered by knowing the delta-v of the ship, not by knowing the fuel carried.

I don't want to use the habitat module's fuel, so just the orange tank, using that engine it has about 7000 m/s

EDIT: I found a delta v map, http://i.imgur.com/CEZS1.png

Here's another delta-V map that is a bit more straightforward as well:

Getting to Duna tends to require around 1060 or so dV from Kerbin orbit, plus 370 to circularize when you get there (potentially less if you aerobrake). At 7000dV, you have more than enough dV to get there, circularize manually, land, return to orbit, and get back to Kerbin.

@SkyRender & Read have Read; great minds work alike ^^

OP, As you're using the KSPX mod I guess you don't suffer "total mod aversion syndrome" so what I'd suggest is you put two mods onboard; Protractor and Mechjeb (or kerbal engineer, but I don't use that one so I can't tell you how to talk to it). Mechjeb is just for the info it provides when you're building (or once you have it docked in space), on the vessel information tab. It will tell you what the craft's dV is and protractor will tell you how much dV is needed to get to the various planets (or use the above two posts). That will tell you if you have enough dV to get somewhere, but don't forget you will need to capture orbit, but in Duna's case you can do that entirely with aerobraking.

I do like the look of your lander, thats pretty cool. My one concern for it would be that Duna has a thin atmo so you will still be going quite fast when the parachutes deploy, which can rip a craft to bits; MOAR struts and a couple 'drouge' parachutes can help with that.

Good luck.

I do use mechjeb, I need all those info windows, but I didn't know it had a delta v reader, thanks for the tip!

The chutes are just to kill some horizontal velocity, I made them act like drogues trough the config =)
