P-51 Mustang

Tutorial and features:

To take off, you need to be going at 65 m/s or more.

The trim must be near the 2nd notch above the default.

Adjust trim accordingly for general flight and speed. You will also need to adjust it after firing the rocket.

Landing is relatively easy, although it can bounce.

If you want to remove the rockets, takeoff is slightly easier, but there's very little improvement to maneuverability.

NOTE: You need the firespitter pack for the propeller part of the plane

Click 'edit post' in the first post, and then click 'Go advanced'. There should be a line at the top with the thread title in which you can edit.

Very cool. Although not at all stock. There's no point saying 'almost entirely stock', as even on non-stock piece means it won't load in unmodded games.

This thing is awesome! I love the P-51, one of my most favorite fighters of all time. Unfortunately, I had to use a dang Russian proxy just to watch the vid, and was very dissapointed to learn SHOWTUNES of all things led to this video being blocked in the US. Its too ironic that I had to use a Russian proxy to bypass such a communist act. =(
