Blue button speculation!

In Harvesters most recent blog post, he showed off a picture of the new VAB root part functionality. However, in the same picture, to the left of the "new" button there is another blue button with some eclipses on it. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!

Could it be something like the sub-assembly loader mod?

If you read the comments on the same blog post, he says it's to choose the flag for the mission.

So, still an awesome button, but not quite as awesome as a subassembly loader. Also not a mystery.

Its a pity the new button is exactly where the subassembly loader button is - it'll need a new home.

It is "select flag" button, this was explained in comments bellow article.

Select flag. It was mentioned in the comments. Sub assembly mod's button was there, so the makers of that will have to move it.
