Collaboration (WIP)

Recommended Posts

WIP-NOT FINISHED

You and at least one other person will be responsible for this *somewhat* simple task. You must get to the Mun, leave a probe, and get your Kerbals back. It must be at least a three man mission and at least one kerbal must land on the Mun. You may also establish a colony, but only if you have at least 10 Kerbals. if there is less than 10 Kerbals, they all must return to Kerbin

Points: +10 for each person on the project.

+20 for each Kerbal landed

+15 per 10 metric tonnes of spacecraft mass. (Must use Kerbal Engineer or Mechjeb)

+35 for totally reusable.

+55 for SSTOMaB (Single Stage To Mun and Back, this is added to the totally reusable)

Each person in the collaboration must have a job to do, for instance, build the lander, construct and test the launcher, or someone is the pilot. Do whatever you need to do to work in a team, be it using emails between two people, or working together in real life.

You must include pictures, the people in your group, their jobs, and a summary of the mission. Your performance will get a score from me about the qualities of the mission. The more original it is, the higher your score. Your team's score will be boosted by the points system above. You will also be given a teamwork rating which is then added to your score.

Wheres your submission for your challenge as per the Challenge Guidelines? state you must have?

Must? Guidelines aren't rules, and the guidelines only state that you should test a challenge to see if it's possible, not that you should detail your testing or submit it as an entry to your own challenge.

While it's a bit mystifying where collaboration comes into this challenge, given the rules as stated it seems perfectly possible.

They are guidelines, I clearly put the word "guidelines" in the title and the thread, no where does it say rules (except in my signature).

An interesting challenge will manage well enough without following the guidelines, just like this one has, but such challenges are too rare.

The guidelines exist to help people make challenges that are good and fun, stick to the guidelines and you'll not only know if your challenge is worth posting, you'll also have explained things properly to your challenge participants.

Ignore the guidelines and you can end up with pap.

This challenge needs re-thinking sorry, closing.
