Almost darkloy, but the small docking port will only fit to other small docking ports, and the large port to other large ports, so you will need to send a new craft with the larger docking port or an adapter part with both

What sal said, clamp o tron's will not dock to clamp o tron jr.'s

You might also want to put docking ports on the nodes of the hub connector. Symmetry doesn't work on them, but you can use alt click and the wasdqe keys to rotate the docking port to place it on all 4 horizontal nodes.
