Analog Input from Joystick

I have the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick and the game recognizes all the button inputs, but non of the analog roll, pitch and yaw inputs, nor does it register the slider for the throttle. Does anyone have any idea how to get the game to eat the analog inputs?

Oh, and by the way, I am not Logitech, 3D, Pro or the joystick so please use small words if you know how to set it up.

You're probably looking at the spacecraft tab. Don't. The bindings for the axes are in the STAGING tab.
