Cats are lovely creatures. They require just food, shelter and attention and they function perfectly. They can just be devious and cruel when it comes to prey. I've lost a cat before, I still miss him.

I say Halt!

I have multiple MIDI files of game music at my disposal. I have them all in Synthesia and have scores of 46% or lower. They range from Mass Effect to Portal to TF2 to the 2010 Moldova Eurovision song. Half of them I had to transpose myself with 98% accuracy.

I'm not a big dog person. And we never had pets until I was 11. Always wanted a cat, though. Also a horse. And a wee little calf to raise... Holstein, so it wouldn't be bound for the slaughterhouse.

I'm such a farm kid...

I used to have a pet cat. It died.

My first cat died a few years ago. When I got the new cats, I learnt that they don't fill the hole in your heart by the absence of the old cat but they make a new hole that they fill but would be empty when they die.

The farm life was great. I had both Holsteins and Jerseys to raise, while the family kept a small herd for milk and heifer raising to sell to other dairy farms.

Horses are fun too, although a great deal of work to keep in good health. I picked up riding fairly quickly, and could stay on top of some fairly spirited horses with a little effort. Bandito was the best, I was the first one to actually be able to ride him. Took me half an hour of him trying to toss me before he finally yielded and rode nicely, he never resisted again after that ride.

Does anyone care for my music? That is really hard to find/make from exceptional games? Or is it that my artisticness does not belong here?

You got superceded by cats. It's the internet; it happens. Sorry, sweetie :)

My mom's family raised Holsteins for a good portion of my childhood. Then my uncle decided to rent out the fields and take down the barn. We also have a family friend that raises beef cattle. Dad helps out in the spring and fall, so free farm-raised beef for us.

When I was a kid, the people behind us had horses. I used to go over and ride with his daughter. That was years ago, though.
