The Skipper Engine! Thanks Devs!

I just love the Skipper engine. It is finally the engine to link the poodle and the mainsail! with 650 kn of thrust and 350 ISP in vacuum it is just like a mini-mainsail!

It's going to be a great upper stage engine.

The Skipper actually is quite viable for a SSTO as well.

An orange tank with a skipper on it has a fairly substantial amount of dV in it, great for small payloads that originally would have used mainsail SSTOs with a fraction of the fuel needed.

Oh hell yes. It's the Atlas from the KSPX pack, btw. It's perfect for upper stages.

I loved the Atlas in 0.19. This thing will see a lot of service in my space program for sure.

It's perfect for more than just upper stages, using it asparagus with a mainsail in the center is very efficient as well

Honestly, I didn't even notice this new engine when I booted up the game. I did the obvious Kerbal seat on SRB first, then flew to minmus in the new lander can and planted a flag... I had to log back on to my game to check out that this engine actually existed

I haven't used it yet but I instantly see how it can be useful when you don't quite need mainsail POOWWWEERR but the Poodle won't quite cut it...

Im using the Skipper for alot of my orbital injection stages, that need a bit of TWR, but a bit of efficiency tacked on.
