CaptRobau
The original thread was lost in the April meltdown, but now with the arrival of KSP 0.20 I felt like it was time to start a new thread and post my updated and new mods.Robau's WarehouseMechJeb Command Pods & ProbesThis adds MechJeb to all stock command pods, cockpits and probe bodies. No need to place separate MechJeb parts on your ship, just have a command pod or probe body on your vessel and MechJeb will be ready to go. Includes an optional version of the Hitchhiker pod (àla my Crew Tank Command Pod mod) to a command pod with MechJeb installed. If you use it, the Crew Tank Command Pod is no longer necessary.Compatible with 0.20, requires MechJeb 2.0.8 or above (only the MechJeb2.dll is required).Changelog:1.4-Removed the MechJebified External Command Seat as that didn’t really work-Added back in the crew cabin’s modified internal, which was left out of the previous release by accident-Fixed a problem with the crew cabin being unmanned-Gave the Remote Guidance Units more rot and linPower, making them actually different from normal probes-Lowered the crew cabin’s rot and linPower for balancing reasons1.3-Updated to MechJeb 2.0-Updated to KSP 0.20-Removed the MechJebified Advanced SAS parts as their role has been filled by the Remote Guidance Units, which have been MechJebified-External Command Seat MechJebified-Cupola Module MechJebified1.2-Changed the crew cabin’s internal space to a modified GenericSpace3. All 4 crew now appear as video feeds, but the first and fourth are in the same seat. The stock internals won’t allow anything better.1.1-Probe OKTO2 MechJebified-Added pods/rcs parameters to the crew cabin so that it maneuvers more like the other pods-Changed the small and large ASAS into unmanned command pods, as MechJeb makes ASAS units useless. Now they can be used a way to deliver unmanned spacecraft into orbit without losing the maneuvering power of a manned craftCrew Cabin Command PodThe PPD-10 Hitchhiker Storage Container aka the Crew Cabin is now a working command pod instead of a standard part. Handy for testing out testing out landers or sending up space station modules.Compatible with 0.20.Changelog:1.3-Updated to 0.20 system-Rot and linPower lowered for balancing reasons1.2-Changed the crew cabin’s internal space to a modified GenericSpace3. Guest
Thanks for the update! It's nice having MJ already present in the pods, as I'm constantly forgetting to add it.

Moon Goddess
Did you look into the override function so that we don't have to modify the squad files? I thought that was supposed to be a thing in .
CaptRobau
The documentation is still a bit spread out. Hadn't heard about that before. I'll have a look and see what I can do.

Boamere
I installed the mechjeb 2dll in the plugins folder then I installed this by putting the parts folder in the parts folder, and mechjeb isn't showing up, is there something im doing wrong? NicoH
There's a little mistake in the part.cfg of the Hitchhiker pod. The CrewCapacity declaration has to be placed above the cost declaration. Otherweise I get a 0/0 crew capacity in the game.

Rassa Farlander
I need some new trusses! The stock ones are so lacking in variety Lol
Oinker
Much needed mod but...Please redo using modulemanager.dll to modify the part.cfg files for stock parts. This way we don't have to manually edit the part.cfg files to use your mod simultaneously with other mods on stock parts. I use it with RemoteTech Probe Compatibility (adds RT to all probes) and Chatterer (adds chatter to stock probes and modules) and they work very nicely together. Check within those files to see what they've done. It's really quite simple. CaptRobau
No haven't updated it yet. Very busy with real-life. There are a few mods that do the same thing though. Typing in Robau in the Kerbal Spaceport gets you one of them, as my name is somewhere in the description.
Taverius
@CaptRobau: I updated the Improved Trusses mod to 0.21.1 and ModuleManager. You might find it useful when it comes time to update it for yourself - someone did it for my own mod and I sure did Download

CaptRobau
Nah, I'm no longer supporting this mod. I don't have the time and there's a lot of other mods who do what my stuff does, but better (ModuleManager integrated, etc.). Just search for Mechjeb on Spaceport and you'll find a whole bunch. the_one_person
So KSP 0.25 just came out. Will this be compatible with that version?
spidersVise
Hello. Right above your post is this:Nah, I'm no longer supporting this mod. I don't have the time and there's a lot of other mods who do what my stuff does, but better (ModuleManager integrated, etc.). Just search for Mechjeb on Spaceport and you'll find a whole bunch. That being said, I don't know if this works in 0.25, but I do recommend following his advice and searching for other things.Edit: Also, seeing as the last post before TOP's was more than a year ago, I recommend this thread get a lock.
