VAB question

First off... If this has ben answered b4 please feel free to redirect me twards the answer!

Ok so i just got 0.20 ver of KSP and i'm in the VAB building my entire space station... But i'm making it so i can decouple it and send it up piece by piece into space then build it up in space Fallow me so far?

Next i want to delete the usless parts that i will not send into space on this trip and keep only the modual that i will send up.

Next i want to load a previously built rockette or space shuttle and put the station part in the cargo bay or fairings....

Is there a way in this version to do so? And if not is there a mod to do so? and if not will the game incorporate this feature? thanks

This plugin will allow you to load a previously built rocket.

Just be careful with that download, as it is a quick fix until such time as the actual mod developer gets back to it and so there may be some problems with it.
