Uncontrollable Craft

Sir I am answering without due diligence of testing all your files. The first thing to look into is changes of CG due to fuel burn. Today I foolishly overlooked that very problem.

You either ran out of electric charge or it is the unbalanced center of mass.

Then it's most likely clipping. Sometimes that causes phantom forces to appear. Especially dangerous if it happens only after docking.

How can I fix this "Clipping"

If it is clipping, I'm afraid there is no fix. The problem is when you built the ship, some part was inside another or something like it. Sometimes the problem doesn't show until you stage, load, or dock with something else (the first time it happened to me base-building on the Mun, it was an explosive surprise without save. so of course I tried again the same flawed design to see how it broke). The only solution is to scrap the design and rebuild from zero.
