It has a number of links to tutorials and other useful resources. You can also ask questions in the How To section of the forums, or in the International forum if you think you'd understand the answers better in French.

Feel free to ask anything about KSP, you'll get quick answers! If you need help in french, i offer my services! I think there's a section for non-english thread... but not much info in there.
