I thought that too once

I remember when I got KSP about 6 months ago, we were on .18.2 I think. I had a hell of a time getting to the moon. Then I kept smearing my landers across the surface.

My next problem was trying to take off again. Never had enough fuel

Now 6 months later I'm testing out rockets to tour the solar system with.

Point is, as you learn more about the physics of the game and what will get you where, you'll realize the game becomes much more manageable.
