First off, Hello all, I'm very glad to join the Kerbal Space Program.

My friend recommended this game to me, so I took the plunge and downloaded the demo, within 15 minutes I had bought the full version. I have been playing and reading the forums about a week now and I find myself totally addicted.

Big thanks to the KSP Team for making such a cool game. Also big thanks to all the tutorial authors and other advice that's available on the forums for us beginners.

Just getting my head around rendezvous and docking as I'm building my first space station, having a blast .

Best advice I can give you is this, take your time, if you rush it it'll go wrong

Thanks sal_vager, I learned fairly fast (to my own peril) that rushing is not the key to successful missions. I jumped ahead of myself when I first started playing, building stupidly uneconomical craft, thanks to the info on the forums, that speedily came to a halt. Striving for more efficient lifters is my goal now.

Keeping the mass down helps a lot with spacecraft, just as it does with aircraft

And you are 2 posts away from becoming a Bottle Rocketeer, so how about you post a pic of your favourite craft for us?

I dont have a favourite craft so to speak, but this is what i'm using atm. This is my current lifter with the 1st Refuel Space station module payload.

This is the payload delivered with a leftover stage.
