Welcome to the forums! :)

I'd highly recommend that you take a look at the Drawing Board (link in my sig) if you need help mastering any aspect of the game. It has a number of tutorials, many of which are geared specifically for new players. You can also ask questions in the How To section of the forums as well, as many of the people who habitually post there are quite willing to share their accumulated experience to solve your problems. You can also post your biggest accomplishments in the Mission Reports section if you so desire.
