How do i get fuel to flow through a Docking Port?

Im having trouble with a ship that docks the engine to the bottom (see pics below). That works great, but my problem is The engine then has no fuel and the fuel (which should crossfeed through to the tanks) doesn't flow. Anyone have as solution to this?

Right click on the docking port that connects the engine to the ship. Make sure the Fuel Crossfeed through the ports are enabled and not disabled.

May be a problem with my ksp but when I load that craft file there is no visible docking port below the rcs ports and lights.

what that small piece on the bottom that the engine is attached to?

EDIT: tried the .craft file. I had to add the decoupler below the rcs and lights, worked fine. maybe your part file is glitched?

Fixed, now download it (i put up wrong version)

Its a Control Pod to steer the Engine assembly (at least a bit).

problem is in the docking port right below the lights, did not work at first then I reseated it and it works

just verified it with a launch after I resat the coupler worked fine

Once docked, right click the nuke engine and activate it.

That seems to do the trick for me.

nope, not working, I recoupled it and everything.

try going to tracking station and reload the ship, failing that, restart the game

EDIT: Game crashed... restarting.
