How do I transfer fuel?

How do I transfer fuel between docked craft? Do I need a MOD for this?

Once you dock the two ships together, right-click on the two tanks you want to move fuel between while holding Alt. Then click on the [in] button on the tank you want the fuel to move to.

Be careful with transferring fuel from radial tanks to center tanks or vice-versa; there's no way to transfer it symmetrically yet and you'll probably end up unbalancing your spacecraft if you don't completely fill or completely empty the radial tanks.
