Do you make checklists?

My short(ish) preflight mental checklist:

1.Check Staging (KSP has crazy default staging, like lighting a SRB and immediately decoupling it

2.Turn on SAS

3.Turn on RCS

4.Throttle up!

5.Liftoff!

6.Mouse on the abort button(just in case)

I generally write down my action groups, mainly because I often have detachments on them, and accidentally hitting the wrong one is irritating.

I usually write the action group things on a post-it and stick it on the side of my screen. Whole checklists are time-consuming.
