I want the "parent" piece to be the decoupler on back. I just didn't realize it until I saw how well the COG lined up.

Nope. But you can't have the parent piece be a decoupler if i remember correctly, otherwise i'd suggest removing all parts from the current parent piece, set them off to the side, replace the parent piece, and reattach.

The root part can be a stack decoupler.
