I've seen varies posts around the forum and on reddit about making boats in KSP and always found it rather interesting. So last night I decided to try my hand at building one to see how things go (video below). I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing, though also shocked at how hard it was to get one in the water (tried launching a few more after the vid ... 3 of 5 fell apart upon entering the water lol). so I hope you guys enjoy the video, and if you have any tips/suggestions I would love to hear them. You must be a mind reader! I just posted verbal plans to make almost exactly the same things this morning!

Don't worry, I'm not accusing you of anything, it's a fairly simple plan to use tanks as pontoons! And place a deck in between them sort of like Dropship One player mod.

Well if I did steal your idea, clearly I can see the future as I recorder this last night lol. Though hey if you post up a vid of it let me know I'd love to see how you do it, these boats always fascinate me when people make them in this game. And ya it is a pretty simple idea, and that's why I wanted to do it as essentially a proof of concept. And now I am determined to try to make a much larger ship in time.
