Just getting around to the forums

Hey everyone. I've been playing this game for a while now but up till now have just lurked the forums here. One of my mapping satellites is currently spinning around the Mun right now so I figured I would actually join in here. So far I haven't gone farther than the Mun yet. I have a pretty kicking space station up though and have landed 3 rovers on the Mun already. See below for my 2 favorite pictures so far. Right now I am working on setting up a Mun base. I was gonna post some pictures in the spacecraft section later of the HUGE mobile gantry crane I am trying to land there to assemble the base modules. Anyway, Hi everyone!

The look on these two's faces pretty much sums up how awesome this game is. Please ignore the shattered wreckage and broken bodies in the background of the 4 failed missions that came before them.

Doing stuff on the Mun is always fun. I have plans to eventually get a modest little base set up in my own game once I've found a sufficiently interesting place to put it.

Once you start getting a little more ambitious with your goals, feel free to take a look at the Drawing Board (link in my sig) for some resources you might be able to use. Don't be afraid to ask questions in the How To section as well.
