I had a thought: Since you've built a Saturn V, why not give Gemini and Mercury a shot? I imagine the Gemini spacecraft could be a challenge.

Yes you did. But I'm always a bit confused that there are many big Falcon 9 replicas and many Falcon Heavy mini replicas but noone has a big Falcon Heavy.

They don't seem to have a big lift capacity.The most I could ever squeeze out is 20 tons which is good for station building not much else.

Giggleplex! You seem to enjoy using 0.625m boosters on a lot of your crafts. I don't know how you attach them, but I have assembled a tutorial on building 0.625m boosters. (with stripes on them!)

They look too long when deployed and tend to bounce too much.

The main inaccuracy is that the S-1C doesn't have retro motors, but they were too hard to attach and ended up being too heavy.

Perhaps the communotron-16 would help as it looks vaguely like rocket exhaust? It's also very light!

Any chance a Pico LM for the Saturn V is in the cards? It worked pretty well for the N1, after all.
