Rocket engineer startreader presents the Atlas 1 heavy launch vehicle. This huge rocket is capable of carrying an estimate of 120 tons into orbit, maybe more, maybe less. It's capabilities have not been fully tested, but it can take an Jumbo 64 tank to Minmus:

It's good for refueling stations by serving as a launch vehicle for fuel tankers, as well as other missions which have a heavy payload.

Total delta-V estimated to be 9550 m/s

Struts highly recommended...

Make sure the solid rocket boosters and the first pair of asparagus staging both run out before dropping first stage!
