Transporting Kerbal on mun rover

I tried to transport 1 Kerbal on my little mun rover.

The only way to succed is to jump on it, because grabing the ladder makes the verbal size and upset the moon reover.

Then when he stands on the mun rover he falls when the mun rover begins to roll.....

Is there a way to sit a kerbal as passenger?

uhmmm... why are you not using rover seats?

Well the Mun rover comes without seats. I just put a docking port over it to hang it on my lander and I don't see any seats in the utility.

seats are default parts now, they are in the command tab, not utility
