Anyone has Wikipedia accounts? I think the KSP entry there needs work.

I want to start this by posting about it here, but I don't want to begin it, because I know there are more "people in the know" here that might be more authorized to do the changes/edits. But it's a little annoying to see this header:

This article has multiple issues. Please help improve it or discuss these issues on the talk page.

This article needs additional citations for verification. (September 2011)

This article uses bare URLs for citations. (April 2013)

This article may require cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. The specific problem is: does not meet project guidelines. (September 2011)

This article may require copy editing for grammar, style, cohesion, tone, or spelling. (May 2013)

This article includes inline citations, but they are not properly formatted. (May 2013)

Don't you think? So I wish that those who are really competent about KSP, and have the interest of having a good and truly informative entry about KSP in Wikipedia, start the ball rolling and edit some of the grammatical/syntactical and other errors found on the KSP Wikipedia page.

I have an account and I do wish to make some obvious edits, but I hope there will be others to cross-check what's being changed starting at this point in time.

Just a wish, thanks.

Thanks.

Here is an example of an issue that needs to be resolved:

<!-- To comply with video game article guidelines, a properly-sourced sentence on why the game is notable is required. -->

This notice is found in the first paragraph. So I wish we can all find a good statement on "why the game is notable", then properly do a linkback to it and include it in the intro paragraph.

EDIT: Here's another issue I found (lack of citation):

==Reception==
The game was well-received{{by whom|date=April 2013}} initially, as were its successive feature releases. This is mainly due to the success of [] videos featuring the game and continued support from popular Youtube video makers.{{citation needed|date=April 2013}}

EDIT:

I think one approach/methodology we can use for the "expand this section" issues is to simply open up the KSP Wiki itself, then slowly migrate some of the more detailed information there. I just am at a loss on how to preserve the heirarchy of the topics found in the KSP Wiki, into a format that would fit the Wikipedia style.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
