I want a game...

...that's like Metroid Prime (3D, run around and find upgrades and read lore), but with an open-world like Skyrim. A bit like Yume Nikki, only sane.
...that's a bit like WoW, but offline, and with the controls of the game Smite.
...that's like Minecraft, but the items you mine and collect can be sold for in-game cash.
...that's part of the horror genre, but all it is is just a big, dark, abandoned prison level, and all you do is go around and find bits of story from the long-dead inmates. No monsters or over-the-top jumpscares, just suspense, tension, and the occasional strange occurrences and weird noises.
...that's like League of Legends/DotA/HoN/Smite/SMNC, but in first person, and sci-fi.

Do these games, or something similar to these games, already exist, or are they just part of a wild fantasy?

1.) cant think of one from the top of my head, but something thats near this: Alien Vs predator, Doom 3, System Shock 2

2.)isnt the point of wow being online? i would point you to dragon age, that may fit though.

3.) Every game with a cash system? like Motherload?

4.) thats like the Suffering without the horror.
