Is there a way to get orbit information?

I know that MechJeb has a bit of stuff in it's orbital info panel, but I don't like MechJeb on my interplanetary ships. So is there something that tells you orbital inclination, apoapsis, periapsis, and especially degrees to prograde/degrees to retrograde?
