Very similar to the reddit challenge 'up goer five'. You must have all engines pointing to the sky at launch. Let's see your unique designs!

Guidelines:

All engines must point to the sky at launch, be it liquidfuel, solidfuel, or xenon. Sepratrons and RCS are of course exempt from this rule.

Does not have to be manned

The bigger the better!

Rules:

All engines must point upwards towards the sky.

Anything from size 1 to size 2 parts are allowed. Engines are exempt from this rule.

All mods, within obvious reason, are allowed. (KSPX, FAR, MechJeb etc.)

Launch clamps must be no taller than HALF of the VAB.

Likely to be updated depending on popularity.

Scoring system:

(W.I.P)

10 points - 1 meter parts

20 points - 2 meter parts

100 points - No sepratrons

75 points - No RCS

150 points - No Sepratrons OR RCS

60 points - No thrust vectoring / gimbal engines

30 points - See space

60 points - Mun it up.

100 points - 'Yo minmus'

Challenge Submission Guidelines (Not Rules)

Is this challenge new?

People do not want to see several near identical challenges cluttering the forum, we like variety so take a look at the Challenge board first and if your idea has been done try to think of something new.

Old challenges can be redone, especially if the game has changed in the meantime or you can add a twist, so if you do see something cool from months ago, it might be fun to try something like that again.
