Need help launching this thing

I need help trying to launch this component into space... this was built in the spaceplane hangar and it's 60-something tons... for now I removed the engines and wings to show what the component is by itself... I'm trying to figure out what's the best method to get this thing in the air and into orbit.

This used the B9 Aerospace mod and the "Attachment Pack 06"

In my other tries, I put large wings from the B9 mod on the sides (with decouplers and struts) and fly it... Even though I managed to get in space, its periapsis was well short of 70 km...

Strap dat onto a launcher. A big, badass launcher. Preferably put craft file in your VAB folder first as SPH symmetry isn't very appropriate.
