It's like the B9 space-truck-cab-thing but more streamlined. I'd definitely use this if it were stock. Would it fit to Mk2 spaceplane bodies?

That was my first thought too, but I can also see this being TB4 too (especially the TB4 from the last film):

I wonder if we'll get submarine equipment in KSP? I might want to search beneath the oceans of Laythe, Eve, or even Kerbin for that matter!

Hey you guys, thanks for the comments! This is my first time using forums...

Just wanting to show some ideas [maybe to the developers] what they could build up on to add some more choices for a stock cockpits.

Yes its inspired from the Star trek worker bee. Designed for just for one crew or two, trying to be compact so it would fit with the rest of the parts. Of course if you have any suggestions of what colour it should be other than yellow!

I seem to recall that there was a mod somewhere that added some sub parts - basically, a "ballast tank" part that could change its mass, and make itself so superheavy that it dragged the ship under the water. Proper boat props, too. Not sure if it's compatible with 0.20, though. Definitely be cool to go sailing in and under the oceans of Eve or Laythe. Note to self: launch a ship to Eve. Maybe an aircraft carrier, to get best use out of that crazy atmo...
