How to land where you want in Kerbin?

Hello, I know how to make orbits around Kerbin, for example, but I need to know how to land in a place you want.

In this picture we can see some green hexagons where there's Kethane (an extractable mineral from a mod, it doens't matter), I want to land there with a spaceship, how can I alter the orbit to make a land there?

When you are passing over the site, burn retrograde to kill all surface velocity and land.

If you don't mind using it, MechJeb does a nice job of predicting your landing coordinates, taking the aerobraking, Kerbin's rotation and all that into account.

The "kill all surface velocity above your target" works all the time though...

Yep, tried and worked fine on the maneuver tools, ran out of fuel before that I could execute it, but it'll work, thanks. (Setting post as answered!)
