Looks like someone hit "d" twice then placed the object.Apparently the angular velocity sensors were installed upside down in the rocket. Even though they have an arrow indicating which end of the rocket they should point, they failed to be keyed meaning they are able to be installed upside down. Presumably at least a few of them were installed in the right direction, however, meaning someone basically ignored the markings and/or orientation of the other sensors and just plugged them in without looking. This is, of course, why you should always double-check everything before ignition, be it a real-world rocket or a KSP one. Because sometimes someone somewhere on staff doesn't pay attention and puts a critical component into place wrong... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
